After taking off, on Controller 2 press Up, A and B. This will advance 
you to the next stage. 


Invincibility
As the text from the copyright screen falls press Up, Right, Down, 
Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, 
Down, Left, Start for invincibility.


Start with nine lives and all weapons
At the Title Screen, press Start and wait for the words "Captain 
Skyhawk" to reappear, then press Down and A simultaneously 
for nine lives and all weapons.
