After your game is over at the blue Afterburner Screen press
Left, Left, Left, B, B, B, A, A, A, Start. You should be able to 
continue on the last level you were on when you last died.


Sound test
At game over screen press A,B, and Select at the same time for a 
Sound Test.


Reverse Mode
Hold A and B on controller two and press Start on Controller 1 for 
Reverse Mode.
